Common fixes

The app returned to the landing page

Use the same sign-in method to recover your member account. Clearing browser data removes photos stored only on that device.

My Forge Credits did not change

Open The Armory and review the permanent ledger. Daily check-ins, accountability check-ins, scheduled quests, weekly bonuses, cycle bonuses, and qualified referrals are awarded only once. If a verified action is missing, email support with the date, quest, and email used for your membership.

A reward redemption is pending

Digital rewards may activate automatically or require a brief review. Physical merchandise remains Coming Soon until fulfillment is enabled. No FC should be deducted when a redemption fails.

Workout text reminders are not arriving

Open Settings and confirm your full international mobile number, reminder time, days, and consent. If the page says Provider Pending, your preferences are saved but delivery is not active yet. Reply STOP to end active texts or HELP for help.

Workout push reminders

Open Settings, select your workout time, days, and time zone, save the schedule, and enable this phone’s alerts. DJ Marathon sends three countdown reminders, followed by two accountability check-ins if you have not started. Starting or completing the workout stops remaining reminders for that local day. Sunday and System recovery days are protected.

Notifications do not arrive on iPhone

Add BayForge Fit to your Home Screen, open it from there, then enable device alerts. Text reminders are controlled separately in Settings.

Nutrition access is not showing after payment or FC redemption

Return to BayForge Fit using the same member profile and select Nutrition, then choose “Check payment again.” Make sure the Stripe checkout email matches your BayForge Fit email.
